1What are the booklets made from?
The learning booklets are made with 300gsm cardstock and have gloss laminate on both sides..
2What is the turn around time?
I will always try and get them dispatched within the week of ordering!

3Will the markers stain?
Our markers are non-toxic and designed for non-porous surfaces, therefore they may stain porous surfaces. We also advise children to be supervised while using the markers, as to not ingest the ink.
4How do I clean the books and mats?
In order to clean the books we advise a dry wipe or a wet wipe if the marks persist.
To clean the mats we advise a damp cloth or wet wipe. Hand sanitizer is great if there are stubborn stains.
5Can you use any markers on the mats?
Most markers can be used, however our markers are designed for non-porous surfaces, they dry fast and wipe easily. Other markers may stain your mat permanently.
6What if my item is damaged on arrival?
Please contact us: info@littlelearningsteps.ie and we will try our best to rectify the issue. Please contact us within 7 days of the item arriving.
Please note any damages while assembling our Level 1 book will not be replaced.
