Online Store Terms

Descriptions
The pictures of the products (and packaging) on our website are for illustrative purposes only. We work to ensure that colours are displayed accurately but we can’t guarantee that a device’s display of the colours exactly reflects those of our products.
Orders & Refunds
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Once you have placed your order on the Site, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order. This email is not an acceptance of your order. Acceptance of your order will be perfected upon completion of the packing of your order unless you cancel your order. We may also refuse to process and therefore accept a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party because of our withdrawing any product from the Site or refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun. Our folders are made to order and therefore, we only offer cancellation within 24 hours of purchase.
Digital products are strictly NON-REFUNDABLE.

Pricing Policy
Prices shown on the site are in Euros. Sometimes we need to make changes to the price of some of our products. When this happens, we’ll update the prices on our website. If you had placed your order for a product before the price change, the price will be as stated on our website at the time when you had placed your order.
Turn Around Times and Delivery
Products are usually dispatched within 3 working days of purchase, however may take up to 5 days. Please allow longer than 5 days at busy periods.
Delivery Times- Ireland up to 5 days. UK up to 10 days depending on customs
UK orders – Custom charge may apply, we are not liable to pay this. Customers must pay any custom charge.
Incorrect /Damaged Items
If your item has been delivered to you and is faulty, damaged, is the wrong colour or has been spelt incorrectly, then please email info@littlelearningsteps.ie with a photo of the damage or spelling error (made by us) within 7 days of receiving your items and we will send you a replacement. Please state your order number in the email. We will not accept any returns after the expiry of the 7 day period.
Please note any damages while assembling Level 1 Booklet will not be replaced, please follow instructions and take care when taking activity cards from the template.
User Comments,Feddback and other Submissions
If, at our request, you send certain specific submissions (for example contest entries) or without a request from us you send creative ideas, suggestions, proposals, plans, or other materials, whether online, by email, by postal mail, or otherwise (collectively, ‘comments’), you agree that we may, at any time, without restriction, edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate and otherwise use in any medium any comments that you forward to us. This limitation on liability includes, but is not limited to, any (i) errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies in any Content or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred by you as a result of your use of or reliance on the Content; (ii) the transmission of any bugs, viruses, Trojan horses or the like which may infect your equipment, failure of mechanical or electronic equipment; (iii) unauthorised access to or use of the Site or Little Learning Steps secure servers and/or any personal information and/or financial information stored therein; or (iv) theft, operator errors, strikes or other labour problems or any force majeure.
